Instructions:
to \Presets\Photoshop Actions in your Photoshop folder.
pattern in the Pattern menu (click on the fill tool to show the pattern menu)
on the image, inside the A little scanner darkly effect action folder
For best results, don’t apply it on smalls pictures.

This is awesome and it works great, except for the part of the action that is supposed to delete. it always says that it can’t, i’ve worked around it, but i’m wondering what it is supposed to delete, so that i can fix it.
I’m sure it works but I can’t seem to get it to load in my fill patterns tab, nor do I see it in actions. Am I doing something wrong? Is this for CS2? Please Help 3.13.08
